THE CONVERSION PROCESS
The technology behind vehicle conversion to propane gas has demonstrated its effectiveness for over 35 years. It currently involves installation of the following elements:

  • an air-pressure reducer that injects gas into the engine via the air inlet;
  • an electronic board that regulates the injection according to acceleration;
  • a tank with an average capacity of at least 90 litres;
  • two propane filters that must be changed once a year;
  • reliable safety systems.

Installation by certified mechanics, under the direction of a chief engineer with several years of experience in the field, requires between 1.5 and 2 days’ work per vehicle.

Our partners will be happy to provide you with an estimate for the installation process and necessary equipment. They can also calculate precisely the amount of money you will save once you have converted to propane gas.

In order to meet the safety standards established by government authorities, propane vehicle maintenance must be carried out by mechanics with relevant qualifications. All of our partners’ mechanics have the required qualifications.
